Pepperoni Grill is looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our Memorial Road leadership team.

What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager and management team to oversee daily restaurant operations and help build a team that consistently executes at a high level.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members with an emphasis on consistency and accountability.
- Maintain Pepperoni Grill's standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality, and safety.
- Ensure employees are properly trained and confident in their positions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and follow-up—not just initial training.
- Lead by example and create a positive, professional work environment.
- Monitor guest experiences and quickly resolve concerns when they arise.
- Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to maintain strong communication and execution.
- Reinforce food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, training, and restaurant performance.
- Help hold the team accountable while recognizing and developing strong performers.

- Has previous restaurant management or strong restaurant leadership experience.
- Enjoys training and developing people.
- Is organized, dependable, and comfortable holding others accountable.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Can identify problems and take initiative to solve them.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Understands both guest service and operational execution.
- Leads from the floor and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Values consistency and doesn't believe in cutting corners.
- Can balance urgency with patience when coaching employees.
- Wants to grow as a restaurant leader.
